About us
Clapoti was founded in Paris
I was born in Seoul, and raised between France and the United States.
My life has always moved quickly, writing strategy and ESG reports for global companies, training and competing in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, flying from one time zone to another.
But somewhere between the airports, the deadlines, and the training sessions, I realized something simple:
I never gave myself time to recover.
That pause, that space between effort and ease, became the seed for Clapoti.
It’s inspired by Korean bathhouse rituals, the warmth and calm of the jjimjilbang, by the quiet elegance I learned in France, and by the American sense that you can always reinvent yourself.
I love the culture of effort, of movement, ambition, and performance.
But I also believe that the real luxury today isn’t more effort, it’s the ability to slow down.
Clapoti was born from that balance — from the sound of water, the feeling of calm, and the wish to bring that ritual into modern life.
Every formula blends Korean botanical wisdom, French refinement, and American pragmatism.
Our masks are made with 99% natural ingredients — green tea, ginger, warmth, and serenity.
They’re not made for vanity, but for renewal.
Because recovery isn’t just physical.
It’s emotional.
It’s creative.
It’s what lets us begin again — with strength and with softness.
Clapoti, born in Korea, refined in France, made for modern life.
